All materials and essentials for the Retreat are covered inc Morning Tea, Lunch, Afternoon Tea and Dinner Friday/Saturday Night.
Breakfast is not included, however each apartment has a full size fridge and there are Cafes a plenty.
Please ensure that if you have ANY Dietary Requirements that we have been advised.
You May Check In THURSDAY 14th August AFTERNOON - parking and room allocation inc codes will be emailed through by Sun 10th August.
Please note that each Apartment consists of 2 Queen Rooms and 2 Twin Rooms, each with ensuite and Individual Door Code.
The Retreat Schedule will be updated, noted below as well as emailed through by Sun 10th August.
Though we have called the weekend a Retreat - we have a Full Schedule to ensure that you maximise your time with our AMAZING Teachers. We consider it a Retreat from everyday life while you form lifelong bonds with like minded Baking besties.
Including Friday Nights - Cocktails and Cupcakes - Dress Code - Comfy - Choose to hang with your fellow attendees and teachers or grab some food and retire early.
AND Saturday Nights - PJ Dinner and Silent Bravery Box Auction with a few Creative Pods Following
Dress Code - PJ’s - Theme is Disco Bloom - think Floral and Fun.
We do encourage you to support Bravery Box, our chosen charity during the Bravery Box Charity Auction,
Items donated from Friends of Cupcake Retreats.
ADDITIONAL TIPS.
If you are hot handed - Please bring an Ice Pack
A cushion will not go astray for when being seated all day.
A great sense of humour and adventure is always Welcomed.
Each Apartment houses 4 Bedroom Rooms. Lounge, Kitchen and Dining Room.
2 Queen Rooms and 2 Single Rooms
The Queen and Single Rooms have their own bathroom.

There are 7-9 spaces (more if we double park) at the rear of Caba Break. Entry via Hastings St.
If you have booked for Thursday Night accommodation. Check In Available from 2pm.
Retreat: THE BEACH RESORT
Located across the Road from Caba Break towards the Beach.
For the commencement of each day/class - please arrive in the Foyer by the Lift NO later than 15 mins Prior to the Start time of each day to be escorted to our Retreat Venue - Room 404
Room 404 is our Venue for the Class Friday inc Cocktails & Cupcakes Event on Friday Night as well as for our Saturday Classes (including the Evening Event) and our Sunday Classes.
Morning Tea, Lunch & Afternoon Tea is provided on Friday, Saturday & Sunday. Inc Snacks, Water, Soft Drink, Tea and Coffee.
Parking is available onsite if required.
Retreat: FRIDAY 15th August 2025
Retreat Day 1 - From 9:00am
Meet in Foyer at 9.00am of The Beach Resort - Across the Road from Caba Break.
Maria’s Signature Florals including Orchids & Lilies.
All cupcakes and Materials will be provided. Classes are scheduled to finish at 3.30pm.
Morning Tea, Lunch & Afternoon Tea is provided Inc Snacks, Water, Soft Drink, Tea and Coffee.
Cocktails & Cupcakes - From 6:30pm
Meet in Foyer at 6.15pm of The Beach Resort - Across the Road from Caba Break.
Cocktails & Cupcakes - Meet & Greet your fellow attendees.
Canapes & Pizza provided including Signature Cocktails/Mocktails (then BYO).
Remember you have class in the AM.
Dietary requirements have been taken into consideration.

HOUSEKEEPING
If you are leaving after the retreat - Day 3, please ensure that all your items are out of your room by 10am.
If you are travelling - please note that you will be able to box your Cupcakes in 2 x 12 Cupcake Boxes and 1 x 6 Cupcake Box or Donate and we will have delivered to local hospitals and/or Police Stations.
