gathered is over 80 recipes from my family, friends, local makers and cookbook authors. There's Nanna's scones, Mum's pumpkin soup, my great-great-grandmother's Christmas pudding, and bakes from makers like Make or Bake Co, Crumbs & Chaos, Mama Bear’s Kitchen and Cake Heart.
Every recipe has been adapted for the Thermomix and kept as close to the original as I could.

The recipes were tested on the TM7, TM6 and TM5, with most of the testing done on the TM31. Where a model needs something different, the recipe tells you.
