$1500 online deposit for the 2027 Gathered Retreat hosted at Lake Hawea View, New Zealand, 11-16 April 2027.
At checkout you’ll nominate either ‘up front’ or ‘payment plan’ and we’ll invoice you the remaining fees or set up a payment plan. All fees must be paid in full by 10 February 2027. Fees and inclusions are noted below.
Premium Private Room: $5700 total
Standard Private Room: $5000 total
Twin-share Room: $4500 total
Retreat Ticket Inclusions:
Accommodation: 5 nights’ accommodation at Lake Hawea View, New Zealand.
Airport Transfer: From Queenstown, NZ to the retreat accommodation.
Most meals prepared throughout the week (our chef can accommodate dietary requirements - please discuss first).
All baking and creative workshops.
A group trip to a local winery (not included: food and drink at your own cost)
A group trip to a lavender farm (spending money not included).
Welcome gift.
Flexibility
To help keep prices affordable and flexible, you are responsible for your:
Flights and travel insurance.
VISA (if required)
Activites outside of those listed in the inclusions
Person spending money.
Important Info
Deposits are non-refundable but they are transferrable to a friend (subject to a simple approval), if you can’t attend.
Refunds on remaining fees are available up until 6 months prior to the retreat. For cancellations made 3-6 months before the retreat date, a 50% refund on total fees can be made. For cancellations made with less than 60 days’ notice, no refunds will be made.
In the event that you are unable to attend, your spot can be transferred to a friend (subject to approval) and you can arrange payment between the two of you. We can transfer the remaining payment plan to them.
Meloo is not responsible for finding a retreat replacement guest to replace you if you cancel.
Remaining fees: pay $1500 today to secure your spot and pay the remaining fees either ‘up front’ (via invoice within 24hrs of receipt) or on a payment plan (weekly, fortnightly or monthly payments) due by 10th of February 2027.
